ANNICK

Biography

Annick started playing percussion and drums at the age of 4. From the age of 12 she studied jazz drums at the young talent department of the Conservatory of Amsterdam. In recent years she has developed into an all-round multi-percussionist. With her successful band Valvetronic she performed at major venues such as ADE, North Sea Jazz, Noorderslag, Oerol, Bimhuis Amsterdam, Paradiso and Melkweg Amsterdam. Besides the different bands Annick plays in, she also writes her own music. Whether she plays funk, jazz or house Annick likes it all equally. This makes Annick multi applicable as percussionist and entertainer.

What to Expect
Annick knows how to turn every musical occasion into a party. Her passion for percussion and music radiates from the stage! Improvising on the music and interacting with the audience is her great strength.
